Cant run downloaded swf file






















 · I downloaded a swf file from a government website, it is a photo bltadwin.ru file need Flash player10 and Internet Explorer to run ok. I have Internet Explorer for Windows 10, Edge, and Abobe Flash Player installed in my computer.
