Some mods wont download from the workshop

 · Help! My mods won't download from the workshop anymore! - posted in General Skyrim Discussion: Im subscribed to 28 files. I also downloaded Nexus Mod Manager and tried to install some Nexus mods. It requested that I overwrite something and I accepted it. exactly after I did that, my mods would no longer upload in Skyrim, and the Skyrim Mods would no longer download.  · Remove the mod thats not working from all playsets then reload installed mods and it will work. I did this, yet it only shows 10 of the 60 mods i have installed as actually downloaded. The rest all say 'not present on disk.' Which is the same issue I've been having, steam isn't downloading the mods from the workshop and installing them.

In fact only the Steam Workshop mods are showing there, nothing from Nexus. They work fine under 3 conditions: 2. The folders are correctly named (the mod folder needs to have the same exact name as the *mod file for the game to be able to find the mod) e.g. "Kenshi/Mods/Amazing New Armour/Amazing New bltadwin.ru". since the big wipe and recent update, steam for some reason won't update any mods. I tried reinstalling everything, deleted every workshop file, every settings file in Documents, tried both SA launchers etc. Whenever a mod updates, I have to manually verify gamefiles or repair them manually in the launcher. Any idea why? Just thought I would share some advice for an annoying bug with Skyrim and the Steam Workshop not working as intended, as I think it's a common problem but I can not for the life of me find people talking about it. I had subscribed to a good 40+ mods in the workshop but whenever I would start the game the mods would never install.

Every time i click on my server that i want to play on it tells me that some of the mods either have not been updated or downloaded. sure, i havent played in a while. i click ok, nothing happens. Ive updated and verified all of my mods. have tried restarting steam client. have tried running DZSA Launcher as Administrator. Some mods I use don't provide an outside workshop link, which is lame since mods don't download at all for me properly. Restarting PC doesn't fix it, time doesn't fix it, re-launching the game any amount of times doesn't fix it. The downloads do NOT show up in my steam user folder for EU4 they show up as in-complete downloads. Now, you can try downloading a new mod and check if the Steam Workshop not downloading mods issue is fixed. Fix 2. Clear the Corrupt Download Cache. The corrupt download cache is another common factor that triggers the Steam Workshop not downloading subscribed mods issue. To fix this issue, follow the steps below to clear the download cache in.
